Mini-Camps wrapped up last month, the official rule book and training camps are coming next week.. And now, the Houston Roughnecks have announced their first open practice. The franchise will be hosting the Tampa Bay Vipers at TDECU Saturday January 11th from 10am to 12pm.
We we’re lucky enough to attend the mini-camps next month, but this is a whole new level. This is the first time we’ll see two XFL teams on the field at the same time. If you’re in the area we strongly suggest that you come and check it out. All of the leagues fan engagement events are a great way to learn about the XFL from the people building it from the ground up.
