The XFL just made the news official on Twitter that the inventor of the air raid offense would be joining Bob Stoops in Dallas as offensive coordinator.
Mumme was most recently the OC for the Memphis Express of the now defunct AAF, where he left before the season officially started. He must have seen the writing on the wall well before many others. This also makes Mumme the third ex-Alliance hire for the XFL this week alone.
