XFL Tryouts: Everything You Need to Know

XFL Tryouts: Everything You Need to Know

Yesterday the XFL announced the return of the Summer Showcase. This time, the new ownership group is taking the league on the road to hold events in six cities across the United States.

In partnership with American National Combines, these showcases will give prospective football players a chance to exhibit their skills in front of XFL coaches and personnel directors. Players will be evaluated based on performance for inclusion in the XFL Draft player pool for the upcoming 2023 season.

We get a lot of questions about XFL tryouts, so we’ll break down everything you need to know about the process.

Can Fans Attend?

We’ve been bombarded with questions around if fans will be able to attend the Showcase events as they did in 2020. Unfortunately, it looks like as of now the events will be closed to the public.

We will be updating this page as more information comes in around these events. If more tryouts are added to the schedule, we’ll make sure to keep the information up to date.

Are you planning on registering for the XFL Showcase? Which players would you like to see in 2023? Let us know your thoughts in the comments down below or join the conversation on Discord.
