52 XFL players have now signed NFL contracts. Houston Roughnecks LS Alex Mollette and St. Louis Battlehawks LB Carson Wells have both signed with NFL teams, joining each organization midseason.
The Patriots plan to sign LB Carson Wells, per a source. Ex-Bengals linebacker was recently in the XFL.

Alex Mollette, the former Indianapolis Colt, played for the Houston Roughnecks during the XFL’s 2023 season. He helped the team win the South Division, ultimately making the playoffs with a 7-3 record. Now, he joins the Detroit Lions.

Carson Wells is a linebacker out of Colorado, posting 51 tackles, 5.5 sacks, and an interception during the 2021 season. This led to an NFL stint with the Cincinnati Bengals.
Wells then played for the St. Louis Battlehawks in the XFL, and made quite the impact. He started in eight out of ten games for the team, compiling 45 tackles and 3.5 sacks during the season.

Due to his excellence in the XFL, Carson Wells has an opportunity to pursue his NFL aspirations with the New England Patriots.
The Patriots have looked to spring football already, having signed two USFL players just a couple of days ago.
