The San Antonio Brahmas have sent another one of their players to the NFL. OL Chuck Filiaga is signing with the Minnesota Vikings, according to ML Football.

Chuck Filiaga was an offseason addition for San Antonio. He came in and saw action in every game this year, starting in eight of those affairs. Chuck didn’t see the field too much in the UFL’s postseason, with just three snaps across those two games.
However, Filiaga was a key piece to this offensive line – especially with all of the injuries they faced in 2024. Chuck stepped in and played at a high level, allowing players like John Lovett and Anthony McFarland to see tremendous production from the backfield.
Filiaga has some NFL experience already, with the New Orleans Saints. He played his college football at Michigan, before wrapping up at Minnesota for his senior season in 2022. Now, he’ll make a bit of a homecoming with the Minnesota Vikings, in an attempt to be more than just a camp body down the stretch of the preseason.
Without the national platform that the UFL and the San Antonio Brahmas provided him with, who knows if this opportunity would have been possible. You can stay up to date with all UFL to NFL signings with our official tracker.
