UFL Set to Release Dispersal Draft Picks and Protected Player Names Tomorrow

The UFL held the first two phases of its dispersal draft this past Friday. Since then we’ve seen a good amount of picks leaked on social media, but the full list has yet to be released.

The league just announced that they will be releasing the dispersal draft picks and the list protect players on Jan 8th at 10 am ET.

This is just the first two phases of the UFL draft, the final phase takes place on January 15th. During phase 1 & 2, teams can only picks teams from their corresponding conference. Meaning the Birmingham Stallions can only pick from the pool of dissolved USFL teams. Players not protected or selected during the first two phases will be available for all UFL teams to choose from, regardless of previous league.

Training camp for the UFL is set to begin Feb. 24 in Arlington, Texas. Each team will invite 75 players to camp, with rosters being set at 50 players once the season begins. Each UFL team will have 42 active players on game days, with a third quarterback rule as an inactive going into games.
