TSL’s Generals Secure Former Super Bowl Champion Brandon Marshall

With week two of The Spring League right around the corner, we’re getting blockbuster news out of the league. Just now, The Spring League announced that former Denver Broncos linebacker and Super Bowl Champion Brandon Marshall will be joining Ryan Mallett and the Generals.

Brandon Marshall was selected in the 5th round of the 2021 NFL Draft by the Jacksonville Jaguars. Over the course of his careers, he totaled 419 tackles, 6 sacks over 74 games. Marshall recently attended The CAMP by the Hub. Having overcome a knee injury that slowed his career, Marshall is looking to make a comeback after doing some deep soul-searching to make a decision on whether or not he should continue on with his football journey.

It looks like his next stop is The Spring League. Which is great news for the league going into its second week, everything seems to be going TSL’s way lately. Beyond this huge signing, the league is also having every game of its season televised for the first time.

The Generals are set to open up the action this week against the Sea Lions. So, if you’re looking to see Marshall get back on the field; you don’t have to wait long.
