XFL Vegas Vipers Roster Heading Towards 2023

St. Louis AFL Team Reportedly set to Play at Family Arena

Earlier this week the Arena Football League (AFL) came out swinging when they dropped the 16 locations for their 2024 return.

Since then, we’ve seen the Orlando Predators and West Texas Warbirds announce that they’ll be jumping from the National Arena League (NAL) to the returning AFL.

Now, it looks as if we have some insight on where the St. Louis franchise will be homed next year.

Martin Kilcoyne (Sports Director FOX 2 St. Louis) reports that the AFL will land at Family Arena in St. Charles, MO.

Family Arena looks to be a perfect fit for the AFL as it seats roughly 9,500 people. When it comes to spring football, there’s no denying that the St. Louis market is one of the best. Last year in the XFL the St. Louis Battlehawks had no problems consistently bringing in 30,000+ for each game at The Dome.

Many are hoping that we’ll see a return of the St. Louis Stampede which last played in the 1995-95 AFL season. League officials have stated that all the names should be revealed by the end of summer, so you shouldn’t need to wait much longer.
