San Antonio Brahmas Sign OL George Moore, Cut Teez Tabor

San Antonio Brahmas Re-Sign DB Teez Tabor

Just a week after releasing him, the San Antonio Brahmas have brought back Teez Tabor. It’s a rather interesting move, especially at this point in the season.

The San Antonio Brahmas have a loaded secondary. Darius Phillips, Corey Mayfield, Bryce Thompson, and Bopete Keyes have been playing excellent football. Not to mention, Gavin Heslop is back off of injured reserve, and should be able to start participating again soon.

Teez Tabor started in three games for the Brahmas this year. He posted 19 tackles and a PBU, but also missed some tackles and had a below average defensive grade per PFF (52.3).

Tabor’s struggles came to a breaking point in their matchup against the Battlehawks, where he allowed three receptions on three targets.

Now, Teez is clearly a prospect who has quite a bit of potential in this scene. He was formerly a second round draft pick for the Detroit Lions.

With Tabor back on the roster, it could mean that some other DB’s are either dealing with injuries, or simply won’t be available on game days.

Final Thoughts

The San Antonio Brahmas will face off against the DC Defenders on the road this weekend, in a crucial XFL Conference showdown at Audi Field.
