The XFL’s first mini-camps kicked off last week, and we’ve seen a few of the teams open them up for the fans. Just now the Houston Roughnecks announced that they have setup a mini-camp fan event for Saturday, December 14th. Naturally, the event takes place at TDECU Stadium and goes from 11:30am – 1:30pm.
Beyond checking the mini-camps, you’ll also have a chance to scout the stadium if you haven’t purchased your tickets yet. The league will also have the new uniforms on display and select merchandise will be on sale. You can RSVP for the event here.
Also, since it’s the season of giving make sure to bring some non-perishable food items to help support the Houston Food Bank.
We’ll be in the house at the event, and if you’re in the area we suggest you come check it out as well. It’s great that the league has been so open with the fan community.
