The Pittsburgh Maulers continue to make moves in free agency. Defensive lineman Terry Beckner Jr. has re-signed for the 2024 USFL season, as GM Lonnie Young looks to lock in important defensive players during the offseason.
Beckner has been with the Pittsburgh Maulers for the past two seasons in the USFL. He didn’t see much playing time in 2022 due to an ACL/MCL injury, but played well in the limited minutes he was given. Terry finished the 2022 season with six tackles, and one sack, before being sidelined for the rest of the year.

In 2023, it was a different story. Terry Beckner was an integral piece to a stout Maulers defensive line, making four starts in ten games.
Beckner impressed, posting 23 total tackles and three sacks in what was a productive season for the Missouri product.
With Terry Beckner officially back for the 2024 season, DC Jarren Horton retains another key piece to the defense.

Just a couple of days ago, the Pittsburgh Maulers re-signed five players, including:
RB Madre London
DL Will Miles
DE Nasir Player
DB Keith Gipson Jr.
S Malcolm Elmore
The Pittsburgh Maulers had a decently successful 2023 season, albeit some ups and downs. They caught fire at the right time, winning three straight to make a Championship push – before ultimately falling to the mighty Stallions.
In 2024, Pittsburgh has some unfinished business to take care of, and Terry Beckner will likely play a role in exactly that.
