Philadelphia Stars Re-Sign DT Cedrick Lattimore For 2024 Season

The Philadelphia Stars continue to plug away as USFL free agency approaches. DT Cedrick Lattimore has officially re-signed for the 2024 season, looking to get healthy and back on the field.

Cedrick Lattimore joined the Philadelphia Stars in 2022, for the inaugural season of the USFL. He served the team with valuable rotational minutes, posting 17 tackles and 0.5 sacks.

In 2023, it was a slightly different story. Lattimore ended up going on the injured reserve list on May 3rd, which halted his season. He played in only three games, starting two of them. Cedrick finished the year with seven total tackles.

Cedrick Lattimore had an impressive college career at Iowa, with 81 tackles and six sacks through four seasons.

He also spent some time with the Seattle Seahawks during 2020 and 2021. Now, he returns to the Stars for another season in the USFL.

After a quiet couple of months, General Manager Michael Woods has made an effort to sign or re-sign several players, including:

WR Jordan Suell
OL Jacob Burton
OT Jordan Steckler
OG Warren Ericson
DT Auzoyah Alufohai
DE Adam Rodriguez
LB Gabriel Sewell Jr.
K Luis Aguilar
