Michigan Panthers Re-Sign OL Joshua Dunlop For 2024

The Michigan Panthers continue to put the pieces back together ahead of 2024. Joshua Dunlop has officially re-signed with the team, joining Keith Williams as the second offensive lineman to make their way back for next year.

This will be Dunlop’s third season in the USFL. With offensive lineman typically not an easy position to retain, it’s excellent to see the Panthers maintaining a key piece to their offense ahead of the 2024 season.

In 2023, Dunlop played quite well. According to PFF’s official grading system, Joshua received a 76.4 overall grade. He was the only USFL tackle to earn 70.0+ grades in both pass-blocking and run-blocking. Dunlop played snaps in all ten games, starting four of those.

Heading into the 2024 USFL Season, the Michigan Panthers will look to build upon a 4-6 record. While they made the playoffs, there is certainly plenty of room for improvement.

Retaining important players such as Joshua Dunlop is a step in the right direction, and hopefully we see more Panthers come back for next season. GM Steve Kazor is constantly at work, so expect more signings to be announced soon.
