Jeff Fisher Set to Serve as Head Coach During NFLPA Collegiate Bowl

Last year Jeff Fisher was arguably one of the most recognizable names coaching in the USFL. Although the season didn’t necessarily go the way he wanted, he’s coming back to the Michigan Panthers for season 2.

In the meantime, it looks as if Jeff Fisher is keeping himself busy. It’s just been announced that Coach Fisher will be returning as head coach for the 2023 NFLPA Collegiate Bowl.

According to their website, the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl gives prospective players the best opportunity to showcase their talents to potential employers and fans. Nearly 200 scouts, player personnel staff, general managers and head coaches from all 32 NFL teams are expected be in attendance to watch live practices, conduct player interviews and review tape.

The 2023 NFLPA Collegiate Bowl game will take place on January 28th and will continue its tradition of being played at the legendary Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, CA.

With Fisher directly involved in the game, it sure is a nice spot to scout some potential Michigan Panthers stars.
