As teams in the United Football League (UFL) finalize their rosters for Training Camp, a couple more moves were made. The Birmingham Stallions and Louisville Kings signed a couple of players, with CB Bryce Hall notably joining the Kings.
Birmingham Stallions
LS Ryan Langan, Signed
K Rodrigo Blankenship, Removed
The Stallions have finally done it. Ryan Langan, one of the longest-tenured Birmingham athletes of this decade, has officially re-signed. Langan needs little introduction, as one of the top long snappers the UFL (and USFL) space has seen, earning All-USFL honors back in 2022. Ryan has worked with multiple specialists over the years, staying incredibly consistent.
Rodrigo Blankenship is dead set on earning an NFL futures deal, and has opted out of the UFL. It’s an intriguing move on his part, but hopefully it works out for the best. Rodrigo was an elite kicker with the St. Louis Battlehawks in 2025, earning All-UFL honors.
Birmingham will move forward with Jonathan Garibay as their place kicker. He replaced Taylor Russolino in Arlington during the 2024 season, and performed well. For whatever reason, Garibay wasn’t retained by the Renegades ahead of 2025 UFL camp.
Louisville Kings
DE John Pius
CB Bryce Hall
John Pius is an exciting addition up front for Louisville, entering the Kings edge rushing room as someone who absolutely can be a starter. Pius began his college career at William & Mary. He was incredibly productive there, with 24.5 sacks and 40.5 TFL’s across three seasons. He was a First Team All-American, alongside being named a Buck Buchanan Award finalist in 2022.

While John transferred to Wisconsin for his final year and saw a rotational role, he did rack up 21 tackles, 3.5 TFL’s, and 2.5 sacks. His strong college career earned him a look with the Cleveland Browns, and now he will look to get his pro career off the ground in Louisville.
Bryce Hall is a massive pickup for Louisville. Bryce is a former fifth round draft pick with the New York Jets (2020). He spent several years in the NFL with the Jets and Bucs, playing in 40 games – totaling 122 tackles, 21 PBU’s, and two interceptions. At 6’1”, 202lbs., he has the frame to play outside corner, something that the Kings need after losing a couple of pieces in their secondary (Quindell Johnson, Isaiah Bolden).
Hall’s college career at Virginia was very successful. He tallied 154 tackles, 44 PBU’s!, and five interceptions across 44 games played. His NFL career has been dampened by injuries, but a healthy Bryce Hall should be a top cornerback in the UFL this year.
