TE Seth Green
While he was stuck behind Sal Cannella for large portions of this season, Seth Green was a very valuable tight end to this Arlington Renegades team. Green started in seven of 10 games for the Renegades this year, recording 11 receptions for 86 yards and a touchdown.

Since Cannella was the main receiving tight end for Arlington, Seth was primarily utilized as a blocker. He had a strong 71.2 pass blocking grade according to PFF, making a difference weekly in that category. Seth Green is a versatile tight end, and if Cannella decides not to return to the UFL, it’ll be intriguing to see if his role increases in consistency next season.
DT LaRon Stokes
LaRon Stokes is another Oklahoma alumni who made his way to Arlington under Bob Stoops’ leadership. Stokes actually began his spring football career in the XFL, with the Vegas Vipers. During the 2023 season, he posted 28 tackles and two sacks.

This led to Arlington selecting him during the XFL Dispersal Draft, with one of their first picks. Stokes was a solid addition to their defensive line, totaling 28 tackles, three TFL’s, and a sack. LaRon started in all nine games he played in this year, with nine quarterback hurries to his name via PFF.
EDGE Tuzar Skipper
Unfortunately, we didn’t get to see much of Tuzar Skipper in the UFL this past season. He got injured in week two after just one snap on the field, and remained on the IR list for the rest of the year.
The @XFLSeaDragons traded LB Tuzar Skipper to the @XFLRenegades ahead of today's #XFL draft, for OL George Moore & the 40th pick, swapping 46 in the process.
Strange move from Seattle. Skipper had 20 tackles & six sacks in 2023. Excellent pass rusher.pic.twitter.com/tZ1647tbri

Skipper was an incredibly talented edge rusher with the Seattle Sea Dragons in the XFL in 2023. He had 20 tackles and six sacks that year, with an outstanding 87.3 Defensive Grade via PFF. Skipper is a guy who quietly is in a position to have a breakout season with Arlington in 2025, as long as he stays healthy.
DB Cedric Anderson
Cedric Anderson was a last minute addition to this roster, replacing Javonta Payton who went to IR. He joined Arlington for the last weeks of the season – but didn’t get on the field at all.
Interestingly enough, Anderson was eligible for the 2024 NFL draft, but remained unsigned. This led to him making the jump to Arlington when given the call by GM Rick Mueller. With a full training camp coming up for Cedric, he’s a prospect who absolutely should have a shot at making this roster for 2025.
In his 2023 campaign with Grambling State, Cedric Anderson had 23 tackles and two interceptions. He played in the Hula Bowl this winter, and also was invited to the Philadelphia Eagles Rookie Mini Camp. Prior to his time at Grambling State, Cedric played at Northwestern State. He tallied 68 tackles, 3.5 TFL’s, three interceptions, and 11 PBU’s across three seasons.
