Fan Controlled Football (FCF) Reveals Combine Schedule

There’s a lot of XFL and USFL news making the rounds, but don’t forget about last years sneak hit the Fan Controlled Football (FCF) League.

FCF is ramping up towards their second season, and they’re hoping to capitalize off of their recent broadcast deal.

Last month the FCF put out a press release announcing a partnership with NBC which would see all of their games aired on NBC LX and Peacock TV. The league will still stream all of their games on Twitch as they did in season 1, but this new deal is guaranteed to give them some extra exposure.

Looking forward to the next season, the FCF has released their 2021-22 Combine Schedule. Additionally, there is a sign up form for any players out there looking to get on the field in 2022.

The dates and locations of the FCF combine are as follows:

  • December 4 – Arlington, TX
  • December 18 – Los Angeles, CA
  • January 8 – Atlanta, GA
  • February 5 – Orlando, FL
  • February 26 – Atlanta, GA

The FCF’s second season, nicknamed “Season v.2.0” will have many more spots to fill after expanding from four to eight teams. With more teams comes extra games, the FCF will have a nine-week season with seven regular-season weeks and one playoff week, culminating in the People’s Championship.

The league is a bit of an acquired taste, but you must admit that they put a lot of effort into making it a unique experience.
