Brandon Aubrey Breaks NFL Record With 19th Straight Field Goal

UFL To NFL Rundown: 2026 Week Two Action

It’s that time of the week again. The UFL to NFL storylines were abundant in week two, which is absolutely no surprise. Over a dozen former spring football alumni suited up for their respective NFL teams, each making a legitimate impact.

Let’s take a look at what went down in the UFL to NFL pipeline this week.

Dallas Cowboys

WR KaVontae Turpin, Generals
CB Ameer Speed, Gamblers
K Brandon Aubrey, Stallions

Kavontae Turpin made himself valuable once again. He had four kick returns for 122 yards, a rushing yard, and one punt return for nine yards. It was Brandon Aubrey who stole the show, though. He was 3-for-3 on field goal attempts, with a long of 60 yards. Aubrey also knocked through four XP’s – scoring 13 points.

Ameer Speed didn’t have his best performance. He played four defensive snaps, allowing a touchdown on the lone target of the night that went his way.

New Orleans Saints

WR Kevin Austin Jr., Stallions
CB Jayden Price, Renegades

After being elevated for a second straight game, Kevin Austin Jr. hauled in a reception for the Saints. He had one catch for seven yards in their win over Baltimore. Jayden Price didn’t take any snaps defensively, but was featured on special teams.

Cleveland Browns

K Andre Szmyt, Battlehawks
LS Rex Sunahara, Brahmas

Andre Szmyt continues to prove why he’s one of the most consistent kickers in the NFL. Cleveland desperately needed a win – and got it, with the help of Szmyt, who scored 11 of the team’s 23 points. He was 3-for-3 on field goal attempts, with a long of 50 yards.

Detroit Lions

RB Jacob Saylors, Battlehawks
WR Tay Martin, Aviators
K Jake Bates, Panthers

Jacob Saylors saw some special teams action, making a tackle – alongside recording two kick returns for 58 yards. Tay Martin, who earned a game ball last week, had a tackle on special teams as well.

Jake Bates was accurate, not needing to do anything extraordinary. He kicked just one field goal from 31 yards out, also knocking through four extra points.

Atlanta Falcons

WR Chris Blair, Defenders
DL LaCale London, Battlehawks

LaCale London is a bright spot on an Atlanta team that is currently reeling. He had four tackles for a second straight week, two of which were solo. Chris Blair finally saw some action – recording one reception for six yards on three targets.

Other UFL To NFL Performances

Renegades DT Jalen Redmond, Vikings: Jalen Redmond is on another level this year. The former Renegades standout had another big day, with four tackles, a pass breakup, and a forced fumble. Redmond is earning the right for a max contract in the near future.

Stallions DE Dondrea Tillman, Broncos: It was a bit of a quieter day for Tillman, but he still made an impact off the edge. He racked up two tackles, bringing his season total up to eight.

Defenders P Daniel Whelan, Packers: Whelan was extremely active during his second game of the year. Daniel had six punts for a total of 324 yards, averaging an outstanding 54 yards per punt. Three of his boots went inside New York’s 20 yard line.

Stallions K Harrison Mevis, Rams: It was a relatively quiet outing for Mevis, who missed a 43 yard field goal heading into halftime. Despite that, Harrison was true on four XP’s in Los Angeles’ dominant 28-6 win over the Giants.

Once again, the UFL continues to showcase its value to the pro football ecosystem. Without the national platform they provide their athletes with, these opportunities likely wouldn’t be possible. You can stay up to date on all UFL to NFL signings with our official tracker.
