Richard wrapped up his collegiate career at Saginaw Valley State, and played quite well. In 2022, he registered 20 tackles, an interception, and three pass breakups for the team. After going undrafted this past NFL draft, he now lands in the USFL.
This move makes a lot of sense. Lionel Vital has reportedly been very close with Bowens, working with him as a mentor. Since Vital has taken the reins in Houston, now Bowens has an opportunity to impress the new GM – who is also a partner of his.
For whatever reason, statistics on Jai Nunn-Liddell’s career are nearly impossible to find. He began his career at Troy, but didn’t see much playing time.
From 2018-2019, Nunn-Liddell played for Bowling Green. Most of his minutes came in 2018, where he played in nine games and recorded one tackle.
In 2022, Nunn-Liddell played at Kentucky State. There, he racked up over ten tackles, a few pass breakups, and snagged an interception. In addition, he blocked an extra point, showcasing his versatility on special teams.
