WR Anthony Ratliff-Williams
Anthony Ratliff-Williams coming back to Houston for 2024 is exactly what Curtis Johnson’s offense needs. Anthony is an electrifying playmaker, dueling as both a wide receiver and returner for the team.
Ratliff-Williams began his spring football journey in The Spring League, playing with the Jousters. He then joined Houston for the inaugural USFL season, and performed well. Anthony finished the year with 243 receiving yards, and one touchdown.

In 2023, Anthony Ratliff-Williams played an even more important role with the squad. He started in all seven games he played in, before an injury sidelined him for the rest of the year.
Ratliff-Williams racked up 224 receiving yards and three touchdowns in 2023. In addition, he was the team’s main kick returner pre-injury, with 16 returns for 410 total yards.

Now, he’s set to return to the Houston Gamblers for what could be a breakout junior season.
DE Isaiah Chambers
Isaiah Chambers is back with the Houston Gamblers, following what was an extremely productive 2023 season.
Chambers led the USFL in tackles for loss in 2023, with 12. He posted 30 total tackles, 4.5 sacks, and a forced fumble. Houston’s defense was quite stout this past season, largely due to the efforts of athletes such as Isaiah Chambers.

Isaiah Chambers served as one of the top PFF graded players in Houston, with an overall grade of 75.3. With Isaiah locked and loaded in the chamber for 2024, the Gamblers defense is in excellent shape.
S Jeremiah Johnson
Jeremiah Johnson has consistently been a reliable safety for the Houston Gamblers for the past two USFL seasons.
Johnson was solid in 2022, finishing with 22 tackles and an interception as Houston struggled to a 3-7 record.

This season, Jeremiah started in all ten games for the Gamblers. Johnson registered 32 tackles and an interception in 2023, serving the team with outstanding play in clutch moments.
One play that comes to mind was in a week ten loss to New Orleans. Johnson broke up a pass that ultimately gave Houston one last opportunity to win the game.
Jeremiah Johnson has been such an elite corner this season for the @USFLGamblers.
With the game on the line, this perfectly timed tip gives Houston another chance down the stretch to make this comeback possible. #USFL | @Road2RichesJJ pic.twitter.com/iMGs8qgvSS
